1) How and when do I pay ACT Support for the support
I get?
Once
you choose your plan, you can click the "Buy Now"
button located near the plan to make your payment. We accept
payment from any part of the world. You can use your credit
card or pay through online check ( if you are in US). After
you make the payment, you will receive a mail from us asking
for your control panel details, server details and so on.
Once you provide us with the necessary details, we will start
our support.
2) I am in US and I do not want to use your Merchant account
to make the payment. In such a situation, how do I pay
Amulya for the services I get?
We accept payments through paypal , cheque , credit card
payments and wire transfer for those who are located in
US.
3) Does Act Support have any registration fee?
ACT Support does not charge anything for registration.
You are just charged for the period you use our services.
4) Does Act Support have any hidden costs on its services?
We
do not have any hidden cost. You only pay for the services
you receive.
