"All services provided by ACT and its affiliates have a prorated refund policy.

Some services require a signed contract, following completion of the contract period ACT will refund 100% of any unused portion of all services provided to our customers.

For customers without a contract period ACT will refund 100% of any unused portion of all services provided to our customers."
