Upon your confirmation to work with us, ACTSupport will sign a partnership agreement, which will ensure confidentiality and security of your data and clients. This agreement will also list the pricing structure with which we will operate on many different projects. The partnership agreement will include both service level agreement and non-disclosure agreement. After signing this agreement, we will be setting you up as a Partner in our internal project dashboards and will be communicating the same to our team members. We will also share our communication points and our team is available 24/7 for any assistance.
